The new parking and access management system solved several existing problems, such as sharing spaces between absent employees, managing visitors and the need for security at the entrance. Visitors log in with a QRCode and spaces are automatically made available according to their presence. It allows seats to be categorized by type of vehicle and integrates with access control systems, HRD and FlexWork. It’s easy to use and fits in well with the organization’s needs. Although there is room for improvement, the supplier has been receptive to suggestions, implementing new features whenever they make sense.
