AGEAS – Implementation of mobbi.pro

Ageas adopted Mobbi.pro’s integrated solution to optimize the management of its building. From workspace reservations to parking management and digital signage in meeting rooms, the application has transformed the way employees interact with the space. With data-driven functionalities and integrations with tools such as Microsoft and Google, Ageas was able to create a more collaborative, efficient environment adapted to the needs of the hybrid work model.

Challenge

With the growing adoption of the hybrid working model, Ageas was facing challenges in the management of its physical spaces. The underutilization of workstations, the difficulty in booking meeting rooms and the lack of visibility on the actual occupancy of the building were impacting the employee experience and operational efficiency. A solution had to be found to promote smarter and more flexible use of space.

Solution implemented

Mobbi.pro provided Ageas with a customized platform, with an intuitive interface accessible on desktop and mobile, which now centralizes all the management of the spaces:

  • Smart Reservations: employees can now book desks, rooms or parking lots in a few clicks, based on real-time availability and previous preferences.

  • Digital signage: screens in the meeting rooms show the agenda for the day, allowing direct check-in and avoiding ghost bookings.

  • Analytical dashboards: facilities managers now have access to dashboards with data on occupancy, turnover and utilization trends.

  • Plug & Play integrations: synchronization with Outlook and Google calendars to ensure that all bookings are up-to-date and centralized.

  • Profile management: different levels of access and permissions have been assigned depending on the user’s profile (employee, manager, visitor).

Results

After three months of use, the benefits began to be visible:

  • A 35% increase in the efficiency with which workspaces are occupied.

Next steps

With the good initial results, Ageas is evaluating the expansion of the Mobbi.pro platform to other buildings in the group, as well as the integration of IoT sensors to automatically collect occupancy data in real time.
